Why do you have password-protected areas on our website?

Our professional governing body requires that we have a veterinary client relationship with individuals before communicating certain information to them. These are the areas that require you to enter your client password.

What are your hours of operation?

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m. Saturday 8 a.m. - Noon. Please call 772-334-4454 to book a convenient appointment time or you may use our on-line appointment scheduler to request a date and time.

What do I do in the case of an emergency and your clinic isn’t open?

In an EMERGENCY, you can call 772-334-4454. This will get you to our live answering service. If Dr Ries is not available you will be given the numbers to the 2 local24 hour emergency animal hospitals. Pet Emergency in Stuart, 772-781-3302, or AERC in Ft Pierce 772-466-3441

Where is your clinic located?

We are conveniently located at 1800 NE Savanna Rd across from the FVW.

How do I get my password?
When we have your email address, you will be sent an email with a temporary login and password for your pet portal.
